Frozen-Fritz.com Game Terms and Conditions (v. sh 20.10.2005)


I - General information about the prize game

Frozen-Fritz.com is a project of the "peer internet solutions" company owned by Christian Peer, from here on named "provider" and "game provider" . Frozen-Fritz.com offers a computer game, which can be played online on various authorized websites. There are no participation costs.

II - Conclusion of the agreement, determination of the winners, notification and prizes

The agreement is valid after the confirmation of its registration on the portal "travel-community.net" and for an indefinite period of time. The following people are excluded from the prize-winning: employees, family members or relatives of the game and prize provider, players with residence outside the EU and Switzerland, players under the age of 18. The provider reserves the right to disqualify and exclude from the prize giving those participants who manipulate or try to manipulate the participation process, the system or the draw and who go against the participation rules or behave unethically or those who try to influence the draw in any other unfair way. The provider also reserves the right to exclude participants, who have won several times in the same year, for several months from the prize-giving. The decision to exclude anybody from the prizes is final.

III - Data protection, E-Mail-Advertisement

In order to take part in the game, the participant must register with "travel-community.net". To do so you simply need an E-mail-address: user name and password can be chosen personally by the participants from the range of still available names. The E-mail-addresses registered with travel-community.net and if necessary further personal data can be used by the provider and the authorized website owner for marketing purposes. The provider guarantees that these data won't be passed on to third parties and that the game participant can ask for the cancellation of his/her data at any time at the end of the game period. The data protection laws of travel-community.net apply.

IV - Contact data of the provider, law, domicile, copyright

The provider is the company peer internet solutions of Christian Peer (www.peer.biz), 39010 Frangart, Ust.-ID IT01725140212, Tel. +39 0471 631080. Mrs Irene Peer, A-5201 Seekirchen, Salzburg, Austria, is responsible for the game organisation. The establishment of the winners and the assignment of the prizes takes place in Seekirchen, the game is subject to the rules for competitions and prize-winning games in the internet with the aim of sales promotion according to the Austrian E-Commerce law, §6. The contract between the provider and the registered participants is subject to Austrian law. Beside the game provider also the providers of the organising websites, on whose internet pages one can play, appear. Whoever plays the game on any of these websites gives his/her consent to the game organiser to use his/her E-mail address to send marketing messages on behalf of the owner of the participating websites. A withdrawal is possible at any time after the game period is over. The domicile is Salzburg, Austria. The provider cannot be held responsible for technical disturbances or damages of a higher order. The game provider can only be held responsible for intention, negligence or serious breach of contract, if there are typically forseeable damages.The product liability law is untouchable. The game provider doesn't guarantee for the uninterrupted availability, punctuality, exactness or reliability of the offered services and can disrupt the availability of the services for technical purposes at any time. The contents published on the website frozen-fritz.com are legally protected. Copies, especially for advertisement reasons are subject to a "right of use" contract.

V - Changes to the terms of business and the conditions of entry

The provider reserves the right at any time to change or supplement the above conditions and terms for the future and to notify the users via email. By using the services the users agree to accept the prevailing conditions. Should one or more of the conditions of the contract be or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the agreement remains untouched.
